What does a survey consist of?

Once we have agreed a date and time with all parties, I will go to the the property to be inspected and depending on size and complexity, will spend between three and four hours looking at all aspects of the property.

I will inspect the grounds, the exterior, the interior and any accessible places.

I am not simply looking for faults, I am looking for the positive points as well as possible future issues. 

Do you check other aspects of the property?

Yes! I will carry out a thorough desktop research for the property, including past and current planning applications for the area that may affect you, noise levels, distance from esential services, water table and flood risk, tree preservation orders and more

How much do you charge?

Charges depend on property size and value, but I strive to keep my charges as low as possible. Please contact me to discuss.

Will my report all be industry jargon?

Absolutely not! I want to provide your report in plain english and will strive to ensure that there are no surveyor or property buzz words. I am happy to discuss all aspects of my report with you once you receive it to clarify any details.

Your report will have specific sections for each element with full colour photographs of the property, detailing what has been observed, highlighting any issues and giving a clear and precise condition rating.
