I offer two levels of property inspection - Level 1 (Condition report) and Level 2 (Homebuyer report)
Level 1 Condition Report
A Level 1 condition report is suitable for newer properties that have been built with traditional methods using standard materials. I will carry out a visual inspection and using a traffic light system, will highlight any defects or risks that may require urgent attention.
Level 2 Homebuyer Survey
A Level 2 homebuyer survey is a much more in depth inspection of conventional houses, flats and bungalows. This is a wider visual inspection covering hidden or less visible areas like roofs or under-floor spaces, plus identification of serious defects and potential legal issues.
